Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases and use of ROXX GPS products and services supplied by Advistorm Media LLP.

Product and connectivity

GPS performance depends on mobile-network coverage, satellite visibility, correct installation, vehicle power and supported app availability. Temporary interruptions may occur.

Installation and safety

Installation should be completed by an authorised or competent technician. Unauthorised modification, water ingress, physical damage, incorrect wiring, voltage damage, tampering and misuse may void warranty coverage.

Plans and renewal

Each plan includes the stated initial SIM/service validity. Continued service after expiry requires renewal at the then-applicable rate.

Acceptable use

The purchaser is responsible for lawful installation and use, including obtaining vehicle-owner or driver consent where required.

Liability

The device is a tracking aid and does not guarantee prevention or recovery of theft. Liability is limited to the remedies required under applicable Indian law.
