ROXX GPS ships across serviceable locations in India. Orders are normally dispatched after payment or COD-advance verification.

Estimated delivery

Delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 days. Remote areas, weather, carrier delays and public holidays may extend this estimate.

Order tracking

Tracking details are shared after dispatch where supported by the shipping partner.

Installation

Free professional installation is included only with the ₹9,999 Premium 5-Year Plan purchased from the official website, subject to PIN-code serviceability. Starter, Standard and Protection+ use self-installation or a local installer; professional installation may be chargeable. We provide free phone/video installation guidance. Installation for marketplace purchases is chargeable.

COD confirmation

COD orders require a non-refundable ₹650 online confirmation advance. The balance is payable at delivery.
