Is the same GPS suitable for cars and bikes?
Yes. The same ROXX GPS device supports cars, bikes, scooters, buses and commercial vehicles. Installation position may differ.
Is installation really free?
Professional installation is included with the ₹9,999 Premium Plan purchased from the official website, subject to location serviceability. Installation for other plans and marketplace purchases may be chargeable.
How does ₹650 advance COD work?
You pay ₹650 online to confirm a COD order and pay the remaining amount at delivery. The advance confirmation amount is non-refundable.
What happens after the included SIM period?
The customer renewal generally ranges from ₹1,450–₹1,650 per year depending on the applicable renewal offer.
Can an activated device be returned?
An installed or activated GPS cannot be returned. A device received defective is inspected after return and, once verified, handled under the replacement policy.
