Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for manufacturing defects only.

  • Product must be in original packaging with all accessories and purchase proof.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery through info@roxxgps.in or 7300066900.

  • After inspection, a replacement device will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable once the GPS device has been activated, installed, or used.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the wrong product was delivered, and the product remains unused in its original sealed condition.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after verification.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

  • Once the device is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel, customers must email info@roxxgps.in with their order number and reason for cancellation.

Device Activation & Recharge

  • Once a Roxx GPS device is activated or connected to a SIM, it is considered a used product and cannot be returned.

  • Recharge fees (after the free period) are non-refundable once the activation code or top-up is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage.

  • Our team will verify and arrange a replacement if approved.

Exceptions

  • No replacement or refund will be accepted if the product shows signs of tampering, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

  • The device is damaged by fire, water, accident, or physical impact.

  • The device's serial number or warranty seal is removed or altered.
